Created with rums from Barbados, Jamaica and The Dominican Republic, which are blended together and left to rest in a marrying cask to gain notes of vanilla, oak and tropical fruit!

These rums are carefully blended and matured in a marrying cask, giving the final rum a delicious flavour.

The brainchild of the gin-making Hayman family, the blending house is the first of its type to open in London in more than 100 years and aims to revive the lost tradition and art of marrying rums from across the globe.

This is a beautiful, smooth sipping rum – delightful!

Merser & Co has opened a four-storey rum blending house, the city’s first in 100 years, in Temple.

Hayman’s are bringing back a lost art.

Based from a four-story merchant’s house in central London, the new brand will source, blend, marry and bottle a range of aged Caribbean rums.

Merser’s Double Barrel launches in the UK in October
