Sometimes you can’t beat the classics and this is up there with the best of them. The warming toasty notes of Merser Double Barrel pair brilliantly with the herbal notes in the Angostura and juicy notes from the orange peel. Perfect.
- 50ml Merser Double Barrel
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Teaspoon sugar
- Splash of water
Muddle the sugar and water in a tumbler glass, add two dashes of Angostura Bitters, fill with ice & stir in the Merser. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated mango or a classic orange peel.
