Merser Signature Mojito
You will need:
- 50ml Merser Signature
- 3 lime wedges
- 1.5 barspoons of brown sugar
- 8 mint leaves
- soda top
Add lime wedges, mint leaves and sugar to a highball glass. Muddle thoroughly. Add Merser Signature and muddle further. Add crushed ice to glass until it is 2/3 full and stir thoroughly. Fill the rest of the glass with crushed ice, pour soda to top. Garnish with a large mint sprig and a small lime wedge. Drink with a straw.
