You will need:
- 45ml Merser Signature
- 15ml Campari Bitter Liqueur
- 45ml Pineapple juice
- 15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 12.5ml 2:1 sugar syrup
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with Pineapple wedge (ideally cut to resemble a bird’s plumage and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
