You will need:
- 60ml Merser Double Barrel
- 25ml lime juice
- 20ml simple syrup
- 4 dashes of bitters
- 8-10 mint leaves
- Garnish: mint sprig
Add the simple syrup and mint leaves to a tall glass and muddle. Add the rum, lime juice and two dashes of bitters then cover with crushed ice. Stir and add more ice mounding to slightly higher than the top of the glass. Top with two more dashes of bitters and garnish with the mint sprig.
