You will need:
- 50ml Merser Double Barrel
- 25ml red vermouth
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice and stir till sufficiently diluted – typically 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange peel and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail stick.
