Coconut Mojito with Merser Signature Rum
Stir up this Coconut Mojito with Merser Signature from My Cocktail Bible.
You will need:
- 60ml Merser Signature
- 30ml coconut cream
- lime
- 2 barspoons sugar
- 6 mint leaves
- coconut and mint sprig to garnish
Muddle the lime and sugar in a tall glass. Add mint leaves, crushed ice, Merser Signature and coconut cream and stir. Garnish with coconut and a mint sprig – enjoy.
